In the image appears a young woman on a balcony. Behind the young woman a man appears looking at her and to her left an old woman with her head covered holding her hand. Two other men appear in the image, one with his back to the viewer and the other to the left. From the context and title of the painting, it can be assumed that the first man is requesting sexual favors from the young woman and the old woman is acting as her procuress.
