Melibea, el duende del loco amor
The text, written by Fernando J. López, takes up Melibea over the centuries, turned into a soul in pain and condemned to pay the price of having chosen her own death. From there, she will tell us her own story while witnessing how many women she encounters. Melibeas, Elicias, Celestinas and Areúsas of yesterday and today that are found in every corner, on every road. Women to whom our Melibea will give them her voice to to make us accomplices of their stories, of their passions, of their lives.
Love, loneliness, courage, oppression ... A work where words only draw everyday, intimate, recognizable feelings. And we will let Melibea be the one to rescue each of those words -of those emotions- from the tunnel of History ... and from oblivion.
